1. Introduction

I'm a mobile app developer. 

My application name is Photo Widget: Cute Home Screen

The "Photo Widget: Cute Home Screen" application is the app I am building and developing. This mobile application, which allows users to add photos widget on the home screens of the phones.

I have prepared this Privacy Policy to describe to you my practices regarding the Personal Data (as defined below) I collect from users of my mobile application (“App”) and my Service (as defined in the Terms of Service).

My "Photo Widget: Cute Home Screen" application ("My", "I", “Me”) respects your privacy and is dedicated to protecting the privacy of those persons using ("User(s)" or "You") products, services. This Privacy Policy helps You to understand what personal information/data ("Personal Information") and non-personal information We collect, and how We use it.

Some features may be disabled depending on your location to comply with local laws. 

2. Scope of this privacy policy

This Privacy Policy applies only to personal information submitted and collected through the Services. By installing, using, registering to or otherwise accessing the Services, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not install, use, register to or otherwise access the Services. Photo Widget: Cute Home Screen reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at reasonable times, so please review it frequently. Your continued use of the Services will signify your acceptance to the changes to this Privacy Policy.

3. Information Collection

I collect the following information through Firebase:

• Device ID: I collect your device ID to identify and analyze issues;

• Crash Logs: I collect crash logs to improve the stability of the service;

• Performance Information: I collect performance information to evaluate and optimize the user experience.

These pieces of information are collected and stored by Firebase, and during the uploading process, they are encrypted. I do not store these pieces of information ourselves. Your personal data is stored anonymously, which means we cannot identify you personally.

 

4. Use of information

We process your information for specific purposes and process only the personal data relevant for achieving that purpose. Depending on the Services that I'm providing, I mainly use information for the following purposes:

• Identify and analyze issues to improve the stability of the service

• To allow you to participate in interactive features of my Service when you choose to do so

• To provide customer care and support

• Evaluate application performance to optimize the user experience

• To detect, prevent and address technical issues

• To provide and improve the Advertising Services

If you use an ad-supported version of the Service, advertising companies use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about how you use it, and to serve you ads tailored to your interests in the Service and elsewhere.

5. Sharing of your information

I do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personal information.

I may disclose your Non-personal information to trusted third parties who assist us in cooperation with us or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

6. Analytics

I may use third-party Service providers to monitor and analyze the use of my Service.

• Google Analytics

Google Analytics, offered by Google, is a web analytics service that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the Data collected to track and monitor the use of my Service and the Data is shared with other Google services, such as to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

7. Unlimited access membership subscription

I may offer certain portions of my Services at no charge and others for a one-time fee or on a subscription basis or under any other lawful pricing structure.

In addition, unless I specifically tell you otherwise, the use of any of my paid Services does not transfer across operating systems and/or different equipment (e.g., mobile devices, computers, etc.). For example, unless I specifically tell you otherwise, the use of my mobile applications are limited to the relevant device and/or operating system you are using at the time you purchase a license to use the application.

Users understand and agree that they may be required to pay for certain locked items and locked features if they login with a different Google Play account. Users understand that their purchases are associated with their Google Play account and thus will not be able to access locked content if they are signed with a different Google Play account which was not used to make that original in-app purchase.

There are 3 subscription options that I currently offer Weekly, Monthly, Yearly unlimited access memberships.

- All 3 subscriptions offer the same perks but renew after a different period of time.

- Unlimited weekly, monthly or yearly membership offer access to all content, features and removes ads for you to enjoy.

- You can cancel at any time.

- You will be able to access unlimited content for the duration of your subscription.

- Payment will be charged to Google Play Store at confirmation of purchase.

- Subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

- Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. The cost depends on the selected plan.

- Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

I also offer our users a Lifetime App Purchase option. With this option, you only have to pay once and own and use the application forever, you do not have to pay any other fees.

Pricing for other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted depending on the country of residence

8. Children’s privacy

I do not provide service focus on Children. If you are under 13, you may use my app when you are with a parent or guardian. However, my app is safe for everyone.

9. Retention of Personal Data

We do not collect or store your personal data on any platform. All app features are used offline and data is processed and stored directly on your phone.

 

10. Links to other sites

The Services may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us.  If you click a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. I strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit.

I have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

 

11. Changes and updates to this Policy

I will update this Policy from time to time.  Please review this Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Policy are effective when I post them on this page.

If I make material changes, I will let you know.
